how your home affects mental overload

hey Reader!

It took me years to realize that my physical space deeply impacted my mood and overall well-being. And as an introvert and homebody, I love being at home.

But I didn't realize that when I was at home, I felt like something wasn't right. There was too much clutter, it didn't flow functionally, and it didn't feel like a sanctuary.

Not only that, but I never felt like having people over because I was embarrassed by how small it was, how much clutter we had, and that it didn't have a WOW factor.

It wasn't until I was talking with a coach that I realized that my physical space was really, really important to my mood and mental health. She helped me connect the dots and understand how the state of my home was unconsciously contributing to the mental overload that I was experiencing. 🤯🤯

And so I began the process of transforming my physical space into a peaceful, functional sanctuary where I could truly unwind and rest. (Yes, you can do this even with kids at home, pets, and messy partners!)

But I was doing it on my own. And let me tell you, I'm not an interior designer by any means!

Like that one time I painted my bathroom red and it looked like a murder scene....

So, when I heard that my friend and interior designer, Debbie Talianko, was giving a free masterclass on Why Your Home Doesn't Feel Right and How To Fix it, I wanted to share the opportunity that I wish I had had with you!

Debbie is a professional interior designer in Southern California and she’s been working with homeowner’s just like yourself for over 2 decades. Debbie is on a mission to help women just like you transform their homes into beautiful spaces that they can live in functionally, unwind and relax in, and be proud to show off to company.

Inside Debbie's masterclass you'll learn:

  • How to figure out your style.
  • Why a well-designed home is important
  • Important rules of interior design that anyone can implement

I'm so excited about this opportunity (and Debbie's course, The Homeowner's Guide to Beautiful Rooms) because, as a DIY gal, I love to learn and do things on my own that improve my life. And improving my physical space is one of the best investments that I've made. It has allowed me to create a peaceful space where I can relax and unwind with a cup of tea, and it lessens my mental overload.

Sign up for Debbie's Masterclass! I hope to "see" you there!

With love and Chamomile,

ps: What's your favorite space in your house? Hit reply and let me know. Mine is my she-shed home office that no one is allowed in but me! 🛑🏠

Hey Reader! As essential oils become increasingly popular and people turn to natural remedies and alternatives to conventional medicine, the #1 question I get asked from my clients and my community is how to find the best essential oil brands. Hey Reader! I'm on vacation this week, enjoying the dry heat of eastern Washington, lazy days paddle boarding, and drinking Okanogan wine. It's been fun to get away from my regular routine and embrace (mostly) true relaxation. It's been easier to relax knowing that I prepared a natural travel first aid kit to help keep my family healthy. I thought I'd give you a sneak peek at what's inside my travel first aid kit (and I'll be writing a more in-depth post on my blog in the coming weeks as...
